Location: Shenzhen / Shanghai

operating duty

1. Be responsible for the coordination and management of the whole process of the company's project;

2. Prepare the project plan, reasonably allocate resources, control the project cost, promote the implementation according to the plan, and regularly report the project progress to the management;

3. Identify project risks and require team members to give prevention plans and upgrade major problems in time;

4. Preside over project review meetings and regular project meetings at important nodes, update project progress, promote team communication, coordinate and deal with conflicts, and promote the resolution of project related problems;

5. Collect project data and file them according to the company's process regulations;

6. Regularly analyze the company's project operation status and put forward suggestions on the optimization of the company's operation (Resources / systems / processes, etc.);

7. Other work required by supervisor.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics, computer and communication;

2. Familiar with the project development process in the field of chip / photoelectric system, with rich project management experience;

3. Strong project management and planning ability, able to effectively control project cost, manage risk, control project quality, and promote internal and external communication;

4. Clear logical thinking, good organization, coordination and communication skills, and strong execution ability;

5. Those with cross departmental, multi business lines, mature operation experience in projects involving software and hardware technology, familiar with IPD product development process, or PMP or equivalent qualification certificate are preferred;
